How do I make a hire?

First check the availability grid to see if the time and date you require is available. White space on the grid is time available for hire for first time hirers. 9pm is the latest finishing time for first time hirers

Then Email (dungeonkeeper@londondungeonhire.co.uk) with the time and date you want and you will receive a swift reply confirming availability and information on how to confirm your hire.

For most hires full payment in advance is required. Sometimes advance deposit aprox 30% of the hire charge will be requested.  This can be paid by an online payment. (details will be sent in the reply to your email requesting a hire). When the payment is received, your booking will be confirmed and full contact details and a detailed location map will be sent to you. 

Online payments by credit/debit card  payments to us will appear as "LDH" on your card statement. You do not need a PayPal Account to make a payment just a valid debit/credit card. The deposit payment is processed by PayPal.

The deposit is an initial payment for the hire and you will pay the balance remaining on the day of your hire. If you need to cancel a confirmed booking your deposit can not be refunded or transferred. More info regarding our cancellation policy here.

Your booking is only entered on the availability grids as a confirmed booking when we have received your deposit. We can not hold time slots for you until the payment is received.
