How do I make a hire?

You could just Telephone or Email. But if you like to be "in control" first check the availability grids to see if the time and date you require is available.

Then Email (dungeonkeeper@londondungeonhire.co.uk) and you will receive a swift reply confirming availability and an address (or pay pal link) to send your deposit to (aprox 50% of the hire charge). Once this non-refundable deposit is received, your booking is confirmed and full contact details and a detailed location map will be sent to you.  PayPal payments to us will appear as "LDH" on your credit card statement. You do not need a PayPal Account to make a payment just a valid debit/credit card.

The deposit is an initial payment for the hire and you will pay the balance remaining in cash on the day of your hire. If you need to cancel a confirmed booking your deposit can not be refunded or transferred. More info regarding our cancellation policy here.

Your booking is only entered on the availability grids as a confirmed booking when we have received your deposit.

If you want to view the facilities to see if things are appropriate for your requirements prior to your booking this can be arranged. First identify the time you think you may want to hire the dungeon and email a request for a visit. If you wish to proceed with your booking the deposit can be left at the end of your visit.
