Will we get our deposit refunded if we cancel or change the time of our booking?

No. The payment that is taken from you to secure your booking in advance is non refundable and non transferable in ALL circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Experience has shown that many Dungeon Hirers (or wannabe Dungeon Hirers) are most flaky. Over the years the DK has heard every excuse in the book and some that were not even allowed in the book. He has become quite cold hearted about cancellation issues. A very firm revocation policy has been developed to deal with this problem and as a result there are far fewer cancellations!

Once allocated to you no one else can book that Dungeon Time. If you cancel you may have stopped another from using that time. Also the Dungeon Keepers time will have been organised to cover your allocated time, it probably will not be possible to find alternative productive arrangements for the DK'S time or the dungeon spaces. Think carefully when making your hire... if Auntie Nellie is in her death bed... best leave it awhile longer to arrange your visit. Absolutely no excuses or reasons will be accepted so if you think this unreasonable please hire elsewhere.

If you are running late please text, email or telephone to let us know. If you have NOT informed us (telephone, text, email) and you are more than 30 minutes late then your hire will be treated as a cancellation. If you arrive later than 30 minutes late and have not contacted us (telephone, text, email) you will not be able to get access to the facilities. The DK does not mind waiting if he knows you are on your way.
