DK put us immediately at ease (although I felt tempted to give him certain paddles to hide through the tour for my own well-being ;))

 With a full overview it was easy to navigate around and play with different toys & restraints.

I can only confirm what others have said with regards to the cleanliness and the temperature was perfect too.

It was a fantastic experience that will definitely be repeated.
